Returns and Refund Policy

Grillz Return Policy

- If you decide to cancel your order before the mold kit shipment:

•  you will receive a full refund. Refunds will only be processed back to your original method of payment.

- If you choose to cancel after the mold kit is shipped by Jewelry Dog USA and before the mold is shipped back:

• You will be refunded minus the shipping cost and $20 per mold kit set.

- If you decide to cancel the order before the manufacturing process of the grill and after the mold kit shipment: 

• You will be charged with 20% cancellation fee plus the cost of the mold kit ($20.00).

- Once we start the manufacturing process, you will not be able to cancel or return your grillz.

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Products must be returned new and undamaged condition in order for us to give you your partial refund. Please mail your returns to the following address:

Online Jewelry Return Policy

This policy is in regards to jewelry that does not include grillz. 

Custom Products Policy: This policy is specifically for personalized jewelry products. 

• If you decide to cancel the order before the product begins manufacturing, then we will provide a full refund. 
• Once we start the manufacturing process, you will not be able to cancel or return your product. However, some items may be accepted for partial store credit. Please contact us for any inquiries on returning a custom piece.

Non-Custom Order: These pieces are resold products. 

If you decide to cancel the order before the product is shipped, you will receive a full refund 

• Once we ship your product, you have 7 days to return the product for a full refund. The items must be in new condition. The items will be subject to inspection. Return shipment will be the customer's responsibility. After 7 days, if you want to return it, there is a 15% restocking fee. If there is a defect on our end then we guarantee a full refund.
